Yup, Kodak Black is going back to jail.

It happened after he posted an Instagram live video party happening at his crib. Like a usual gangster party, everybody was puffing on joints, and there was at least one homie fiddling around with a loaded gun.

The only problem is that there was an INFANT at this party. Yes, they were smoking pot and playing with guns in front of a freaking baby.

At the time, Kodak was on house arrest and felony probation for robbery and five counts of false imprisonment. In addition, he was also on felony probation for being a felon in possession of a gun and eluding the police.

During the raid, they found  95 grams of cannabis inside Black’s bedroom closet. For some CRAZY reason, Kodak agreed to give investigators the combination to his safe. Inside they found cash and a loaded magazine for a Glock handgun. In addition, they also found a STOLEN  9mm Beretta handgun and ammunition.

He was arrested on suspicion of committing child neglect; two counts of possession of a weapon and ammunition by a Florida delinquent and grand theft of a firearm and two counts of violating probation.

His defense attorney Brad Cohen ( what an awesome job) came to his rescue and said the firearm was found in the house in which 6 other adults resided, some of which had permission to carry firearms.

The other four men shown in Kodak’s wild Instagram video were not arrested- but there was one more arrest!

It was Kodak’s brother Masnik Sainmelus. The twenty-six-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis, codeine and of course…. Xanax ( Since Lil Pump doesn’t do it anymore, somebody has got to take his place!)

He was released yesterday from a Broward County jail on bonds of $2,350.

Kodak’s judge  Joel Lazarus denied his bond- saying ” he can ask for it at a later date” when he appears before his trial judge.

Now, whether this will disrupt Kodak’s performance schedule, or his relationship with his label, remains to be seen.

If Hip Hop history has taught us ANYTHING, a rapper going to jail is like equivalent of a normal person getting a promotion at work.

Unless it’s for this.

Controversy = more interest, and more interest = more records sold.

He’s got to be more careful though- can’t really enjoy your money while you’re rotting in jail can you?
