For anybody who doesn’t know who he is, Lansky is a well-known podcaster who talks about different topics and issues. If you want to listen to more of his content follow the link below.
Now, before we get into the video, I would like to point out that we’re getting closer to The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, and no, I’m not talking about Christmas. It’s a time of joy, when money starts to get spent, and unnecessary gifts start to get bought, and again, no, I’m still not talking about Christmas. Okay, let me spell it out for you, it’s Tax Season. Tell winter it’s on hold until everybody gets paid because this is the only season people care about at the moment.
But apparently, everybody is not enthused about the season, as you can tell (if you watched the video), Lansky is not a fan of the season, hell if I had to take a guess I would say that he hates it all together. Now, I’m not sure if it’s the season itself that he is not a fan of, or if it’s the way that people are viewing the season that pisses him off. What I can say, however, and I will use his own words,
“The percent of america that can’t keep a thousand dollars in your bank account should be ashamed of yourself ” – Lansky Corner
Some people may disagree with what he says, and some people may think he’s spot on, but one thing you can’t deny is that people do find some ignorant ways to spend their tax refund when they get that check. We all know someone who spent their tax money (no matter how big or small it was) on weed, bundles (and if you don’t know with that is, it’s weave), and on new rims for a car that let’s just be honest, should have been scrapped a long time ago. Don’t get me wrong; I get that it’s your money and you can spend it how you want, but if you have to argue anything that he says in the video is untrue, then please by all means necessary let’s hear your arguments.
I find it hard to believe that weed, and new rims are the best purchase that you can make with your tax money. Hell, most of the year you’ve been complaining about the debt that you can’t get from under, but yeah, tell me again how you just don’t have the money. Those bills seem to be piling up on you don’t they, but again, tell me how you just don’t have the money. There are smart ways to spend your tax refund, and we all know it. How about we make sure all of our rent is paid first, or our car note is paid, or that there’s food in our house, or maybe put some money in our savings, and make sure that every other thing that’s important is taken care of first. After all that is done, maybe we can put a couple of bucks in our weed-man’s hands.
So, can we at least admit (even if it’s reluctantly) that what LANSKY is saying in the video is not untrue? It may not be specifically targeted at you, but if you feel some type of way about the video, then maybe you’re the one that needs to hear it.
